American Film

Where the pavement ends, the West begins...

American Film is a call to rediscover the magic of film photography, encouraging us to slow down and truly see.

It brings me great pleasure to announce the opening of my exhibition, American Film, this Saturday, February 21st at the Booth Western Art Museum in Cartersville, Georgia.

Spanning seventeen years of photographic work, this exhibit embodies my long held fascination with the wide-open spaces of the West and the traces left by the people here.

Using an array of analog cameras, including panoramic, large-format, and pinhole, each photograph is hand-processed in the darkroom and printed in my studio in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The museum is featuring six-foot-wide panoramic Western landscapes, large scale infrared scenes, double exposures, and pinhole camera techniques.
